K\u00fcmme aastat tagasi meeldis mulle k\u00f5vasti sporti teha. Mulle meeldis jooksmine, eriti sprint. T\u00e4naseks olen aga j\u00f5udnud j\u00e4reldusele, et kesk- ning pikamaajooksud k\u00f6idavad mind sprindijooksmisest enam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eelmisel aastal panin ennast proovile Viljandi linnajooksul, kus valisin 10 km distantsi. Kuigi viimased kilomeetrid tulid l\u00e4bi suure valu, pidasin v\u00f5istlust enda jaoks \u00f5nnestunuks- k\u00e4ib ju v\u00e4ike valu asja juurde. Selle aasta otsustasin aga suuremalt ette v\u00f5tta ning osaleda Rakvere \u00f6\u00f6jooksul ning SEB Tallinna maratonil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00f5istlusteks ettevalmistamist alustasin juulis. Trenni tegin nii tuttavate soovitusi j\u00e4rgides kui ka enese keha ja tarkust usaldades. Treeningud olid suureks kasuks, sest Rakvere jooksu ajal oli mu enesetunne hea ning viimasel kolmel kilomeetril l\u00e4bisin ma kilomeetri alla 6 minuti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tallinna poolmaratonile r<a href=\"http:\/\/endre.pri.ee\/paevik\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/laiusemaering.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-33 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/endre.pri.ee\/paevik\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/laiusemaering-300x150.png\" alt=\"laiusemaering\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/endre.pri.ee\/paevik\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/laiusemaering-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/endre.pri.ee\/paevik\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/laiusemaering-1024x512.png 1024w, https:\/\/endre.pri.ee\/paevik\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/laiusemaering.png 1366w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>egistreerides, n\u00e4ris mu hinge kahtlus, kas suudan etteantud kilomeetrid \u00fcldse l\u00e4bida. Seet\u00f5ttu esitasin endale 23. juuli hommikul v\u00e4ljakutse ning jooksin 22,6 km pikkuse trassi, (J\u00f5geva- J\u00f5geva alevik- Laiuse m\u00e4gi- Vilina k\u00fcla \u2013 J\u00f5geva alevik- J\u00f5geva) ajaga 2:37:08 (21,1 km tulemus 2:26:41). See rada minu vaimu murda ei suutnud ning seega tundsin, et olen end valmis ka Tallinnas proovile panema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/endre.pri.ee\/paevik\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ennestarti.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-34 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/endre.pri.ee\/paevik\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ennestarti-300x170.jpg\" alt=\"ennestarti\" width=\"300\" height=\"170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/endre.pri.ee\/paevik\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ennestarti-300x170.jpg 300w, https:\/\/endre.pri.ee\/paevik\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ennestarti.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>V\u00f5istlused pidid toimuma 13. septembril, kuid kindluse m\u00f5ttes l\u00e4ksin ma pealinna p\u00e4ev varem. T\u00f5usin vara, et s\u00fc\u00fca ning ennast eelseisvaks ette valmistada. Poole \u00fcheksaks j\u00f5udsin v\u00f5istluspaika, et ergutada ka meie esimest jooksjat, Taunot. Poolmaratoniks oli meie jooksuperest registreerinud end viis inimest: mina, Tiiu, Tiina, Mikk ja Eve<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kell 12.00 algas jooks. Mikk oli teises grupis ja \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud kolmandas. Mikk on meist k\u00f5ige kiirem, mina, Tiiu ning Tiina enam v\u00e4hem v\u00f5rdsed jooksjad meist siis k\u00f5ige vanem Eve valis oma tempo.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"SEB Tallinna Maratoni rada (5 min)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IZrXxMWK1O8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esimesed 9 km jooksime kolmekesi koos (mina, Tiiu ja Tiina), kus mul oli vaja boksipeatus teha t\u00e4nu sellele tegin ennem v\u00e4ikese spurdi, et p\u00e4rast koos j\u00e4tkata, (kahjuks kaotasin aga teised silmist) aga kaotasin seej\u00e4rjel teised \u00e4ra.\u00a0 Poolel maal aga selgus, et olin teistest hoopis maha j\u00e4\u00e4nu, mist\u00f5ttu t\u00f5stsin tempot ja peatselt sain k\u00e4tte Tiina ning m\u00f5ne aja m\u00f6\u00f6dudes ka Tiiu. Tiiuga jooksime koos vast 2- 3 km, ajani, mil tema tempo hakkas langema. V\u00f5tsin neile sappa, ses mulle tundus nende tempo sobilik. Sadama l\u00e4hedal otsustasin nad maha j\u00e4tta. Vanalinnas jooksin munakivitee t\u00f5ttu ettevaatlikult. Peale silla \u00fcletamist ning Toompuiesteele j\u00f5udmist, j\u00e4i raja l\u00f5puni 1 km,\u00a0 l\u00e4ks mul korraga ikka v\u00e4ga raskeks. Parem reielihas hakkas krapi kisukuma ning seet\u00f5ttu olin ma umbes 50m sunnitud jalutama. Eks mul tuli l\u00f5ivu maksta vahepealese kiirenduse eest. Siiski fini\u0161ikoridori l\u00e4heduses v\u00f5tsin end kokku ja jooksin nii kiiresti, kui sel momendil \u00fcldse v\u00f5imeline olin.
