Ma l\u00e4ksin oma ringile koos Sveni, Mareti ja Kariniga. V\u00f5tsime eesm\u00e4rgiks l\u00e4bida 10 kilomeetrit, kuid l\u00f5puks kujunes selle kogupikkuseks koguni 15,16 kilomeetrit. Esimesed 13 km polnudki nii hullu midagi, aga see-eest viimased paar kilomeetrit osutusid mulle ikka v\u00e4ga raskeks. Temaga \u00f5nnestus meil teha ka \u00fchispilt. Enne \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6ki tegime veel \u00fche taastava trenni, mis oli kokkuv\u00f5ttes isegi p\u00e4eva raskem jooks. Kolmas p\u00e4ev algas samuti hommikujooksuga ja seekord tegime t\u00e4pselt 8 km ringi. Joosta oli kuidagi raske ja toimus l\u00e4bi valu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>P\u00e4evatrenn n\u00e4gi ette, et jooksjad suudavad Apteekrim\u00e4ele t\u00f5usudega fartleki joosta. Paraku minu jaoks on see metsavahel jooksmine keeruline ning peatreener tegi plaani, et mina teen oma tiirud \u00fcmber Tehvandi staadionihoonete ning v\u00f5tan sealset t\u00f5usu 8 korda. Jooksu alustasime seitsmekesi Janika, Anneli, Andres, Taras, Maret, Sven ja mina. Osadel oli plaanis joosta u 30 km.
