N\u00e4dal enne laagrit oli selline seis, et oleksin selle \u00e4ra j\u00e4tnud, sest jalg andis tunda ning oli kahtlane, kas saan kiiresti joosta. See t\u00e4hendas, et keskmise pulss pidi olema 145 l\u00f6\u00f6ki minutis. Nii ma siis liitusingi oma&nbsp; klubikaaslastega, et \u00fchisel l\u00e4bida&nbsp; esimene trenn. Esimesed kaks kilomeetrit p\u00fcsis meil grupp koos, kuid siis moodustus kaks erinevat meeskonda&nbsp; ning mina j\u00e4in&nbsp; teise gruppi. Soov oli mitte \u00fcle pingutada. Viies kuni seitsmes kilomeeter tundusid mulle natukene raskemad, aga viimased l\u00e4bisin see eest v\u00e4ga hea tundega, sai selle aja jooksul ka&nbsp; pisikesi kiirendusi teha. L\u00f5puks tuli meil k\u00fcmne kilomeetri asemel kokku hoopis \u00fcksteist kilomeetrit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peale \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6ki tegi meile Viljar meile loengu&nbsp; \u201cVastupidavuse treening\u201d. Mulle isiklikult tuli sealt ette tuttavaid asju, sest juba&nbsp; m\u00f5ned aastat l\u00e4bisin&nbsp; koolituse, kus oli nendest teemadest juttu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse\"><em>Pilt: Andres Reimand<\/em><\/pre>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Teine p\u00e4ev<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laagri teise p\u00e4eva hommik algas kell 7 ning meil tuli teha kuue kilomeetrine ring. Jooks tehtud, sai k\u00f5ht t\u00e4is s\u00f6\u00f6dud ning\u00a0 j\u00e4in ootama selle p\u00e4eva teist treeningut. Seda treeningut\u00a0 ma\u00a0 tegelikult k\u00f5ige rohkem ootasin, kuid\u00a0 samas ka\u00a0 kartsin. Mul oli j\u00e4tkuvalt\u00a0 mure oma jala p\u00e4rast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 43%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Teine trenn koosnes kolmest osast &#8211; esimene osa oli soojendus jooks ja jooksu harjutused. Keskmine osa ehk k\u00f5ige p\u00f5nevam osa oli intervalltreening, kus tuli joosta 1000 m + 800 m + 600 m + 400 m + 200 m ja nende vahel 400 m rahulikku. Viimases osas tuli teha l\u00f5dvestusjooks. Kui soojendus oli tehtud, kasvas minus v\u00e4ike \u00e4revusetunne, kuidas mul k\u00f5ik j\u00e4rgnev \u00f5nnestub. Tuhat meetrit l\u00e4ks kuidagi raskelt, kuid juba kaheksasaja meetri l\u00f5igul oli enesetunne hea, sest \u00e4revus oli kadunud ning juba j\u00e4rgmised l\u00f5igud l\u00e4ksid h\u00e4sti. P\u00e4rast vaatasin spordikella rakendusest aegasid ning olin \u00fcllatanud, kui \u00fchtlaselt oli\u00a0 jooksnud\u00a0 kilomeetrite aegasid. 1000 m &#8211; 4:16 min, 800 m \u2013 4:18 min, 600 m \u2013 4:17 min, 400 m \u2013 4:09 min ja 200 m \u2013 3:52 min. L\u00f5unane trenn tehtud, tuli uuesti end uue energia t\u00e4ita ning s\u00f6\u00f6mas \u00e4ra. P\u00e4rast s\u00f6\u00f6mist tegime\u00a0 m\u00f5nede klubikaaslastega \u00fchise jalutusk\u00e4igu P\u00e4rnu randa. Margol oli minu arvates selle viktoriiniga k\u00f5vasti vaeva n\u00e4inud ning v\u00e4ga huvitavad k\u00fcsimused v\u00e4lja otsitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pilt: Jana V\u00e4li<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kolmas p\u00e4ev<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 35%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Eelmisel p\u00e4eval j\u00e4lgisin ilmateadet ning selles polnud mitte midagi r\u00f5\u00f5mustavat. Hommikul sai nii s\u00f6\u00f6dud, et joosta oleks lihtsam. Otsustasin, et seekord l\u00e4hen t\u00e4iesti \u00fcksi jooksma, sest polnud kindel, kas jalg peab vastu. Enne minekut n\u00e4gin Viljarit ja tema \u00f6eldud s\u00f5nad v\u00f5tsid mul pingeid v\u00e4hemaks. Valisin esialgse trassi, mis pidi mind viima j\u00f5e \u00e4\u00e4rde ning esimesest sillast hakkasin m\u00f6\u00f6da t\u00e4navaid staadioni juurde tagasi liikuma. P\u00e4rnu pole mulle \u00fcldse tuttav, seega seadsin end kehva olukorda ning mul tuli kasutada kaardirakendusi, et mitte p\u00e4ris \u00e4ra eksida. Staadioni l\u00e4hedale j\u00f5udes, oli mul l\u00e4bitud viis kilomeetrit ning tuli veel liikuda viisteist kilomeetrit. Ma teadsin, et ranna \u00e4\u00e4res on kergliiklustee, mille kaudu tahan hotellini tagasi j\u00f5uda. Otsustasin, et liigun m\u00f6\u00f6da t\u00e4navat, mis k\u00fclgneb rannaga paralleelselt. L\u00f5puks k\u00f5ikide k\u00f5rvalp\u00f5igetega sai mul kokku joostud 16 km.
