Seekord ei olnud see pettumus nii suur kui eelmine aasta, kuid ikkagi olen terve n\u00e4dala nutnud patja mitu pange pisaraid, teinud paberil mitu kalkulatsiooni ja mingi vaikne h\u00e4\u00e4leke sosistab peas: \u201dnoooh, mis j\u00e4lle valesti l\u00e4ks? \u201d Aga proovin siis selguse m\u00f5ttes selle k\u00f5ik siia enda jaoks kirja panna, nii seletuskirjana v\u00f5i nii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6\u00f6 enne v\u00f5istlust m\u00f6\u00f6dus rahulikult, vaid paar k\u00fcljep\u00f6\u00f6ramist tuli ette. No ega selles rahvamassis polnudki v\u00f5imalust esialgu mingit erilist tempot aretada ning kahjuks pole ma treeningutel v\u00e4ga slaalomjooksu ka harjutanud. P\u00e4rast teist kilomeetrit l\u00e4ksin puhtalt oma r\u00fctmiga edasi, n\u00fc\u00fcd kulus kilomeetrile aega nii 4:30-4:40 vahel. 8-9 kilomeetril kohtasin jooksurajal s\u00f5pra, keda muidugi tervitama pidin. Kindlasti kaotasin seal palju v\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikku aega &#x1f600;. Kopli pargis l\u00e4ks korra enesetunne kehvemaks, kuid \u00f5nneks see kohe m\u00f6\u00f6dus. Kahjuks l\u00e4ks k\u00f5ik edasine  minu jaoks kuidagi igavaks &#8211; polnud enam rahvast, kellest m\u00f6\u00f6duda. Kohati tekkis isegi trenni tunne&#x1f642;. Need rajal\u00f5igud on k\u00f5ik minu treeningrajad &#8211; see tegigi mulle kahjuks karuteene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tallinna poolmaraton 2018\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/rvAG2OLt27s?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Balti jaama juures tundis, kuidas minu tugevam jalg on v\u00e4sinud, Rannam\u00e4e tee t\u00f5usul jalutasin ning seda tuli veel kahel viimasel kilomeetril ette. L\u00f5pu aeg tuli seekord 01:43:48, mis on eelmise aastaga v\u00f5rreldes kindlasti parem, kuid ma soovisin nii v\u00e4ga joosta ikka 01:40 v\u00f5i alla selle.
